Section 50-4-2 — regular pay days no more than sixteen days apart

Wages are paid in full, less lawful deductions and deductions the employer and employee authorize, in money or in checks or drafts convertible into cash on demand at full face value.
Professional, administrative and executive employees and outside salespeople, as the federal Fair Labor Standards Act defines them, may be paid once a month, unless a collective bargaining agreement covers their wages.
