Marijuana

For a person 21 or older, the act says possessing, using, buying and transporting 2.5 ounces or less of marijuana is not unlawful, with not more than 15 grams of it as concentrate. At home, a person may keep up to 10 ounces and whatever is grown there, and cultivate up to 12 plants, with no more than 12 plants on the premises at once.
