Marijuana And Drugs

A person 21 or older may grow up to four marijuana plants for personal use at their main residence, and no household may have more than four. The plants may not be visible from a public way, are kept by reasonable precautions from people under 21, and each carries a tag with the grower's name and license or ID number.
