Under 21 and Driving
Section 66-8-110 — two one hundredths or more under twenty-one revokes the privilege to drive
When a person under twenty-one has an alcohol concentration of two one hundredths or more in the blood or breath, the person's driving privileges are revoked under the Implied Consent Act.
Who handles this in New Mexico: Enlace Comunitario; and legal aid programs and the state offices, listed in the New Mexico directory.
That revocation is for one year, or until all the conditions for reinstatement are met, whichever is later, whatever the Children's Code provides.
