In those places no one, permit holder or not, knowingly carries a firearm without the express permission of whoever has authority over the premises. The same goes for any building where entry is limited during normal hours by guards posted continuously and security measures like metal detectors, key cards or turnstiles.

Someone else's land. No one carries a pistol on private property that is not theirs or under their control unless they have a valid concealed weapon permit or the consent of the owner or legal possessor.
