Littering

AS 46.06.080 — up to $1,000, but $50 for five pounds or less

No one may throw, drop or leave litter, from a vehicle or otherwise, on public or private property or in the state's waters, except at a designated disposal site or in a litter receptacle. A vehicle on a public highway must be built, loaded or covered so its load cannot drop, sift or leak off.
