A.R.S. 14-3971 — personal property by affidavit after thirty days up to $200,000, and real property after six months up to $300,000

The personal property affidavit also states that no personal representative has been appointed or applied for, that the successor is entitled to the property, and that the funeral and last illness expenses have been paid. The motor vehicle division transfers a car's title on it.
