A.R.S. 41-1491.14 — no refusing to sell or rent because of a protected trait
Six protected traits in this section. No one may refuse to sell or rent after a bona fide offer, refuse to negotiate, or otherwise make a dwelling unavailable to a person because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status or national origin, or discriminate on those grounds in the terms, conditions, privileges, services or facilities of a sale or rental.
The section does not prohibit refusing a person convicted of illegally manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance.
