11 Del. C. § 841 — a class A misdemeanor under $1,500, a felony above it, and harsher where the victim is 62 or older

Where the victim is 62 years of age or older, an impaired adult, or a person with a disability, the lowest level becomes a class G felony, and more than $1,500 a class F felony.
