Stalking

IC 35-45-10-5 — stalking is a Level 6 felony, and a Level 5 felony with a threat or a court order

To stalk is a knowing or intentional course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of another person that would make a reasonable person feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated or threatened, and actually makes the victim feel that way. Protected activity under a statute or the constitution is not stalking.
