Tobacco and Vapes Under 21
K.S.A. 79-3321 — no sale to anyone under 21, and no buying or holding them under 21
- No one may sell, furnish or distribute cigarettes, electronic cigarettes or tobacco products to anyone under 21.
- No one under 21 may buy or try to buy them.
- No one under 21 may possess or try to possess them.

A retailer posts the notice that cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and tobacco products may be sold only to persons 21 years of age and older, and may not hand out samples within 500 feet of a school being used mainly by people under 21.
