Revoking a Will
KRS 394.080 — a later will, a signed writing, or destroying it with intent, and no other way
- By a later will or codicil.
- By a writing declaring the intent to revoke, signed in the way a will must be signed.
- By the maker, or someone in their presence and at their direction, cutting, tearing, burning, obliterating, canceling or destroying the will or the signature, with intent to revoke.
Those are the only ways. A will or any part of it is not revoked otherwise.
