A Drone Over a Parade

La. R.S. 14:337.1 — flying a drone over a permitted parade route, Mardi Gras included, is $2,000 to $5,000

It is a crime for an unauthorized person intentionally to fly an unmanned aircraft over a parade or parade route with a government permit, including Mardi Gras and carnival parades. It carries $2,000 to $5,000, up to a year, or both, and the drone is forfeited.
