Tobacco Under 21

No one may sell or distribute a tobacco product, alternative nicotine product or vapor product to a person under 21, and it is unlawful for a person under 21 to possess one. Promotional samples to anyone under 21 are barred too.

• Possession is allowed in a private residence.
• It is allowed for someone under eighteen accompanied by a parent, spouse or guardian who is 21 or older.
• Possessing carries a fine of not more than $50 for each violation.
