The windows. A lessee who misses a payment may reinstate the original agreement, without losing rights or options previously acquired, by paying the past due payment, any late fee, and a delivery fee not exceeding the original one if redelivery is needed, by the later of 7 days after the missed payment, or 90 days after it if the lessee returned or voluntarily surrendered the item within those 7 days.

The same goods, or as good. On reinstatement the lessor provides the same item or a substitute of comparable quality and condition, with the required information for a substitute.
The disclosures the agreement must carry, and the remedies for a violation, are set out in other sections that are not on this page. Whether a particular agreement can still be reinstated is a question for a licensed Michigan attorney.
