Housing Discrimination
Mo. Rev. Stat. § 213.040 — the protected traits in selling and renting
It is an unlawful housing practice in Missouri to refuse to sell or rent after a bona fide offer, refuse to negotiate, or otherwise make a dwelling unavailable, or to discriminate in the terms, conditions or services of a sale or rental, because of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability or familial status.
