Mo. Rev. Stat. § 570.030 — under $150 a class D misdemeanor, $750 a class D felony

Stealing in Missouri is appropriating someone else's property or services to deprive them of it, without consent or by deceit or coercion, or receiving or keeping property knowing or believing it was stolen.

Three prior stealing offenses on separate occasions within ten years make it a class E felony. Property taken in one scheme or course of conduct may be added together to set the grade.
