Mo. Rev. Stat. § 569.140 and § 569.150 — knowing entry is a misdemeanor, simple entry an infraction

Trespass in the first degree in Missouri is knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in a building or inhabitable structure or on real property, a class B misdemeanor. On land, it applies only where the land is fenced or enclosed to keep intruders out, or notice against trespass was given by telling the person or by posting likely to be seen.

Trespass in the second degree is simply entering another's real property unlawfully, an offense of absolute liability that is an infraction.
