Other controlled substances. Knowingly or intentionally possessing any other controlled substance without a prescription or other authority is a Class IV felony.

Selling, delivering or possessing with intent to deliver carries far heavier classes, and more near schools. A particular charge is a question for a licensed Nebraska attorney.
