Stalking
Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-311.03 — willfully harassing a person with intent to injure, terrify, threaten or intimidate
Stalking. Anyone who willfully harasses another person, or a family or household member of that person, with the intent to injure, terrify, threaten or intimidate commits stalking.
A course of conduct is a series of acts over a period of time, however short, with a continuity of purpose, including following, detaining, or telephoning, contacting or otherwise communicating with the person.
Stalking is a Class IIIA felony.
The stalking sections do not apply to conduct during labor picketing. A particular case is a question for a licensed Nebraska attorney.
