Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-6,211.01 — two-hundredths for a driver under twenty-one, and a thirty day impoundment

Two-hundredths. It is unlawful for a person under twenty-one to operate or be in actual physical control of a motor vehicle with a concentration of two-hundredths of one gram or more of alcohol per one hundred milliliters of blood, but less than the adult limit.

An officer with probable cause may require a preliminary breath test, and a driver who refuses it or fails it is placed under arrest.

Thirty days. A test showing that concentration is a traffic infraction, and on conviction the court impounds the license for thirty days for each violation.
