Drug Possession and Sale
RSA 318-B:2 — and the penalties in 318-B:26
It is unlawful to manufacture, possess, sell or dispense a controlled drug except as the chapter authorizes.
Who handles this in New Hampshire: New Hampshire Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service; and legal aid programs and the state offices, listed in the New Hampshire directory.
Manufacturing, selling, or possessing with intent to sell is punished by the drug and the amount, in the grades the penalties section sets. Possession of a controlled drug without the intent to sell has its own grades there.
Small amounts of marijuana are a violation, on their own page. How the grades apply to a particular charge is a question for a licensed New Hampshire attorney.
