Civ. Rights Law § 47 — no denial of a public facility because of a guide, hearing or service dog

In New York, no person may be denied admittance to, or the equal use and enjoyment of, any public facility solely because the person is a person with a disability accompanied by a guide dog, hearing dog or service dog.

Public facility includes all modes of public and private transportation, all forms of public and private housing, buildings the public is invited into, educational facilities, places selling food, theatres, and other places of public accommodation, entertainment or business.
