- Unlawfully occupying a residential dwelling is a class C felony, and a class B felony for a second offense at the same dwelling.
- Each posted sign carries the name of the person posting the land.
- An officer may instead cite entry onto posted or fenced land as a noncriminal offense with a $250 fine.
