ORS 166.065 and ORS 163.732 — offensive contact or a threat, and repeated unwanted contact

Harassment is intentionally subjecting someone to offensive physical contact, alarming them with a report of death or serious injury known to be false, or alarming them with a telephonic, electronic or written threat of serious physical injury or of a felony against them or their family.

Stalking is knowingly alarming or coercing someone, or a member of their family or household, through repeated and unwanted contact, where that is objectively reasonable and causes reasonable apprehension for their safety.
