Reckless Driving
ORS 811.140 — endangering people or property, or a burnout for a crowd, a Class A misdemeanor
Reckless driving is recklessly driving on a highway or premises open to the public in a way that endangers people or property. It is also intentionally breaking the rear tires' traction, or spinning them until they mark the road, in front of two or more people gathered to watch.
Reckless driving is a Class A misdemeanor.
