Expunging A Juvenile Record

ORS 419A.262 — four years after the last termination and age 18, or at once for a prostitution record from under 18

  • At least four years have passed since the most recent termination, and the person is 18 years of age or older
  • No felony or Class A misdemeanor conviction since then, unless set aside
  • Nothing pending against the person in criminal or juvenile court, and no known investigation
  • No restitution owed

On the application of the person or the juvenile department, or on its own motion, the juvenile court orders expunction when it finds all of those, after a hearing if the matter is contested.
