Tobacco and Vapes Under Twenty One
ORS 167.755 — selling to anyone under 21 is fined, and so are the manager and the owner
Knowingly selling or giving tobacco products or an inhalant delivery system to a person under 21 years of age is an offense. So is supervising the clerk who does it, and owning the store where it happens.
Who handles this in Oregon: Oregon State Bar Legal Referral Service; and legal aid programs and the state offices, listed in the Oregon directory.
