In Pennsylvania, criminal mischief includes intentionally damaging another's property; intentionally or recklessly tampering with it so as to endanger people or property; damaging it by fire, explosives or other dangerous means; causing another a financial loss by deception or threat; and defacing property with graffiti by spray paint or marker.
