Human Relations Act 5 — age and familial status among the grounds, and no eviction over pregnancy
In Pennsylvania it is unlawful to refuse to sell, lease or finance housing, or to discriminate in its terms, conditions, facilities or services, because of race, color, familial status, age, religious creed, ancestry, sex, national origin, or handicap or disability, including of someone the person is known to associate with.
Guide and support animals. It is also unlawful to refuse to lease because the person uses a guide animal for blindness or deafness, or a support animal for a physical handicap, or trains or handles such animals.
Evicting or trying to evict an occupant before the lease ends because of pregnancy or the birth of a child is unlawful.
