SDCL § 43-32-31 — ninety days' notice to move a home when the land is put to another use

Ninety days. A person who leases land to the owner of a mobile or manufactured home gives no less than ninety days notice to vacate and remove the home if the land is developed for another use, unless the notice rests on a breach of the lease.
