Clearing an Eviction Record
Utah Code 78B-6-852 — a dismissed case expunged automatically after three years
Without a petition, a court orders all records of an eviction expunged where the whole case was dismissed, no appeal is pending, and at least three years have passed since it was filed, or where the parties stipulated to expungement and filed the stipulation.
