13 V.S.A. § 3705 — entering or staying after notice against trespass, up to three months
Entering or staying on land or in a place without legal authority or consent, after notice against trespass, carries up to three months and $500. Notice can be given by the person in lawful possession or an agent, by an officer on their behalf, or by signs designed to give reasonable notice.
