Va. Code 18.2-119 — going or staying on another's property after being forbidden
In Virginia, it is a Class 1 misdemeanor to go on or stay on another's land, buildings or premises without authority of law after being forbidden to, either orally or in writing by the owner, lessee, custodian, their agent or another person lawfully in charge, or by signs they post where they can reasonably be seen.
The same applies to anyone, even an owner or tenant, who goes on or stays at a place after being served with a court's protective or similar order forbidding it.
