Housing Discrimination
RCW 49.60.222 — citizenship, immigration status and veteran status among the protected grounds
In Washington it is an unfair practice to refuse a real estate transaction, discriminate in its terms or services, refuse to negotiate or pass on an offer, or falsely say property is unavailable, because of sex, marital status, sexual orientation, race, creed, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, families with children status, honorably discharged veteran or military status, a sensory, mental or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal.
