The Motorcycle Helmet
RCW 46.37.530 — a helmet with the strap fastened, on every public road
In Washington, it is unlawful to operate or ride on a motorcycle, motor-driven cycle or moped on a state highway, county road or city street without a motorcycle helmet, and the neck or chin strap must be fastened securely while the vehicle is in motion.
Eyes. It is unlawful to operate a motorcycle without a windshield unless wearing glasses, goggles or a face shield of a type conforming to the state patrol's rules.
