Grandparent Visitation
W. Va. Code § 48-10-501 — reasonable visits when they serve the child and do not substantially interfere with the parent
Two findings. The circuit or family court grants reasonable visitation to a grandparent on finding that visits would be in the best interests of the child and would not substantially interfere with the parent and child relationship.
