Heat And Hot Water

W. Va. Code § 37-6-30 — running water and hot water at all times, and heat from October 1 to the last day of April

October through April. Where the unit is supplied by direct public utility connections, the landlord supplies running water and reasonable amounts of hot water at all times, and reasonable heat between October 1 and the last day of April.

The duty does not apply where the heat or hot water comes from equipment within the tenant's exclusive control.
