Wis. Stat. 948.51 — graded by harm, from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class G felony

In Wisconsin, no person may intentionally or recklessly endanger a student's physical health or safety for initiation, admission or affiliation with an organization connected with a school, college or university, including physical brutality, forced consumption or forced confinement, regardless of the student's willingness to take part.
