- Repeated anonymous calls that disturb the peace, quiet or privacy of the people where they are received carry the same penalty.
- So does threatening by phone, electronically or in writing to kill the person, their immediate family or anyone at their school, or to injure them, their family or their property.
The crime is committed both where the call or message was sent and where it was received. Immediate family means a spouse, parent, sibling, child or anyone else living in the household.
