Littering
W.S. 6-3-204 — up to six months and $750, and the driver answers for what leaves the car
Littering is placing, throwing or leaving garbage, debris, refuse or waste, abandoned or junked vehicles included, on someone else's property. The driver of a motor vehicle is responsible for whatever is thrown from it on the state's roads.
