Under 18. A superior court judge may allow someone who is 16 but under 18 to marry, after a hearing where the parents and minor may be heard, if the marriage is in the minor's best interest, the other party is not more than three years older, and the parents consent or are withholding consent arbitrarily, absent, in disagreement, or unfit to decide.
