Old Debts And Time Limits
A.R.S. 12-548 — six years on a written contract or a credit card, three on an oral debt

Each period runs from when the cause of action accrues. A claim for fraud or mistake does not accrue until the facts are discovered. Where another jurisdiction's limitation conflicts on a written contract or credit card debt, the Arizona six year period applies.
