A.R.S. 13-3005 — a conversation may be recorded with the consent of one party to it
One party's consent. Arizona makes it a class 5 felony to intentionally intercept a wire or electronic communication to which the person is not a party without the consent of a sender or receiver, or a conversation at which the person is not present without the consent of a party to it.
The exemptions include an interception made with the consent of a party to the communication or of a person who is present during it.
Intercepting the deliberations of a jury is its own offense, and consent does not appear in that paragraph.
