Service Dogs In Public
Idaho Code § 56-704 and Idaho Code § 56-703 — full and equal access, no extra charge, and liability for any damage
People with disabilities are entitled to full and equal use of public transportation, hotels, places of public accommodation and amusement, and other places the public is invited.
No extra charge. A person with a disability may be accompanied by a service dog in any of those places without paying an extra charge for the dog.
The person is liable for any damage the dog does to the premises. A particular refusal is a question for the Idaho Human Rights Commission or a licensed Idaho attorney.
