Working Under Sixteen

Idaho Code § 44-1304 — nine hours a day, fifty-four a week, and not before six in the morning or after nine at night

Under sixteen. No person under the age of sixteen may work at a gainful occupation more than fifty-four hours in a week or more than nine hours in a day, or before six o'clock in the morning or after nine o'clock at night.
