Harassment
Iowa Code § 708.7 — communications meant to intimidate, annoy or alarm, in three degrees
Harassment is acting with intent to intimidate, annoy or alarm another, by communicating without legitimate purpose in a way likely to cause annoyance or harm, by ordering goods in another's name, by falsely reporting another to police, or by sharing nude images of another without consent, among other acts.
