Driving Under Twenty-One
Iowa Code § 321J.2A — an alcohol concentration of .02 or more revokes the license of a driver under twenty-one
A driver under twenty-one may not drive with an alcohol concentration of .02 or more. The license is revoked for the periods the test result section sets, and the revocation does not stop a criminal OWI prosecution; an OWI conviction's revocation replaces it.
A screening breath test showing .02 or more but less than .08 in a driver under twenty-one is one of the conditions that allow a chemical test.
