KRS 527.020 — a gun in a factory compartment is not concealed on the person

A loaded or unloaded firearm or other deadly weapon is not concealed on or about the person when it is in an enclosed container, compartment or storage space installed by the manufacturer, such as a glove compartment, center console or seat pocket, locked or not.
