Carrying a Concealed Weapon
KRS 237.109 — at twenty-one, concealed carry without a license where a licensee may carry
A person twenty-one or older who may lawfully possess a firearm may carry a concealed firearm or other concealed deadly weapon without a license, in the same places as a person with a license, but not where federal law prohibits it.
- Carrying a concealed firearm or deadly weapon outside what the law allows is carrying a concealed weapon.
- It is a Class A misdemeanor, or a Class D felony after a prior felony in which a deadly weapon was possessed, used or displayed.
